RTZ series PicturePerfect digital imaging ink is a solvent borne pigment based ultraviolet resistant ink. It is applied to flexible media using a superwide format computer controlled piezo printer. RTZ series PicturePerfect ink has very high resistant to ultraviolet light and passed a two year Florida UV exposure test with no perceptible change in image quality. One of the significant benefits this ink provides the user is that it does not require the use of enamel receptive coated (ERC) vinyl. RTZ series PicturePerfect ink has high adhesion to standard lower cost vinyls. Also, PFS's RTZ series ink maintains uniform viscosity (± 1%) over a 55° temperature change without the need for viscosity adjustment.
This ink is manufactured under strict quality controls; pigment particle size is tripled ground to submicron six and color is computer controlled for consistent uniformity. This product does not contain photochemically reactive (ozone forming) solvents.
For extended outdoor durability, the application of a 2 mil dry film of D308 {0}, waterborne crystal clear non-yellowing, acrylic urethane finish will provide up to five years of service.

For its PicturePerfect line of pigmented inks for the outdoor sign and banner market, PFS Printing Finishing Solutions Inc. warrants that these inks will provide 2 years of outdoor durability on qualified media without clear coating or lamination. We warrant that our inks will provide 3 years of outdoor durability with the application of the proper ClearFlex protective clear coating.
PFS Printing Finishing Solutions Inc. offers common replacement parts including print heads (at a significant savings over the OEM) for many of the printers that it manufactures ink for. These parts are the same parts that are sourced by the manufacturers themselves, refurbished, or are re-sourced to solve known problems provided by the OEM provided parts.
